LibidoNatural aims to provide the highest standards of customer service
and to maintain these standards we need to collect certain
information from you . In doing so, we are committed to protecting
your privacy and adhering to the principles of The Data Protection
Act 1998.
What information do we collect and use?
When you place an order with us, we need to collect certain
information to be able to process your order. What we need
varies depending on the items you have ordered, and the pages
you are asked to complete will vary accordingly. The information
is sent to us via an SSL encrypted server. This information
will form part of a permanent record of your dealings with LibidoNatural.
When you email us, we may ask for certain information to
be able to check this record and answer your questions quickly
and accurately.
When you contact us, in any way, we may make a note of this
contact if it is relevant to your permanent record. This allows
us to provide a higher level of ongoing customer care.
Our site uses cookies to enhance your online experience.

General Security
We know of no documented cases of credit card fraud
using our shopping system over the Internet. All credit card
numbers are processed by GoogleCheckout.
We accept Visa, Mastercard, Delta and JCB. You will need to fill in your credit card number, expiry date, Card security code and the name and address of the card holder.
We also accept payment by Electron, Maestro, Solo (debit card). You will need to fill in your card number, name and address of the card holder, expiry date, and start date and issue number if there is one . (NOTE: Some Switch cards may not have a start date or issue number. If yours doesn't, don't worry, simply leave this field blank)
Credit or debit card payments made through Protx are straight
forward. From our ‘Shopping Basket ’ page, you simply need
to click on the ‘GoogleCheckout’ button to enter the GoogleCheckout
Secure Server and then enter your credit card details into
the form and submit your payment. If your
credit card payment has been accepted you will then receive
a message informing you that your order has been successful.
It is just as safe as placing an order over the phone or
even buying from retail stores. We don't save your credit
card information and can't even view it. All data is transmitted
through a secure server (SSL) by our credit card processor.
Secure server
When you connect to a secure web server, such as our check-out
procedure, you ask that server to authenticate itself. This
authentication is a complex process involving public keys,
private keys and a digital certificate. The certificate tells
you that an independent third party has agreed that the server
belongs to the company it claims to belong to. A valid certificate
means that you can have confidence that you are sending information
to the right place.
This SSL certificate logo shows you that these security measures
are in place on this site.
