How will it be delivered?

All items destined for UK addresses are dispatched by First Class Recorded Delivery post or Royal Mail Special Next Delivery. You can choose exactly which service we use for your order (Recorded or Special Delivery). However, if your order qualifies for free Recorded or special delivery otherwise we charge £2.99 for Recorded & £4.99 for special next day delivery if you requested

How long will it take to arrive?

To work out how long it'll take to get your stuff, add the availability of the item onto the delivery time.

First Class Recorded delivery time is 2-3 working days, so if you order an item with 24-hour availability you should receive it within 2-3 days after placing your order.
Next Day Delivery time is one days, so if you order an item with 24-hour availability you should receive it next days before 1 pm after placing your order before 3pm.

How do I get Free Delivery?

If your order is eligible for free Delivery, there's no delivery charge--your order is delivered free. But you must remember to select Delivery Option that your order is eligible for otherwise we charge for other delivery option that you selected

• if your order over £30.00 then its eligible for Free Recorded Delivery, we charge you £4.99 if you choose Next day delivery option
• if your order over £75.00 then its eligible for Free Delivery, there's no delivery charge at all

Europe:
(For our purposes, Europe includes Andorra, Austria, Belgium, Denmark, Faroe Islands, Finland, France, Germany, Iceland, Ireland (Republic of), Italy, Liechtenstein, Luxembourg, Monaco, Netherlands, Norway, Portugal, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, Gibraltar, Greece, Greenland and San Marino.)

Standard First class delivery £6.99 per order, Orders dispatched to Europe by Airmail generally arrive within 3-7 working days

Rest of the World:
£8.99 delivery charge and orders dispatched to the rest of the world using Airmail generally arrive within 7-12 working days

Return a Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Item

If the item was damaged in transit

• If you take delivery of an THEMPH package and the contents have been damaged in transit, you can return the item(s) to us within 14 days of receipt for exchange. Please follow the instructions below to return your item.

If the item is defective

• You have the right to return a faulty item within a reasonable period of time. Please keep all the warranty information that accompanies your item as this will be needed should there be a fault. In the unlikely event that you have a faulty item, you may find it quicker and easier to contact the manufacturer directly so that they can rectify the problem for you. If you choose to return the item to us, please follow the instructions below.

If we sent you an item you did not order (an "incorrect" item)

As soon as you find out we've sent you an incorrect item, e-mail us and let us know. We'll send you the correct item as soon as we can. Send the original item back to us (please follow the instructions below) and we'll make sure you are not charged for it.
